ALUMINIUM SPRAYING
MACHINE - ASM
The Aluminium Spraying Machine (ASM) is a purpose-built solution for restoring and repairing significant damage on diamond-cut alloy wheels—quickly, safely, and in full compliance with OEM standards.
Unlike traditional welding systems, the ASM uses a cold-spray aluminium process that eliminates the risks of heat distortion, cracking, or metallurgical changes. This makes it ideal for high-end alloy wheels where precision and finish are critical.

User-Friendly Operation.
No specialist skills required. The intuitive dial control and factory-tuned spray pattern mean that if you can use a spray gun, you can use the ASM.
Durable, Professional Results.
Once cured, the repair is tough enough to withstand tyre changes, kerb impacts, and seasonal wear. Customers get a factory-fresh finish with minimal downtime – and you get a reliable, repeatable process that boosts satisfaction and efficiency.
Integrated Workflow
The compact spray gun fits perfectly inside our Wheel Blasting Machine, allowing you to blast and fill from a single workstation—saving time and reducing handling.
Comparison: ASM vs. Traditional Welding
No Welding, No Heat, No Hassle
Forget torches, cables, and complex welding setups. The ASM is a plug-and-play system: connect power, compressed air, and load the spray compound—you're ready to go.
OEM-Safe Cold Spray
The ASM applies a specially formulated aluminium filler at low temperatures, keeping the wheel’s surface temperature below 50°C. This ensures structural integrity and avoids heat-related damage.
High Alloy Match
(Up to 85–90%)
The sprayed compound blends seamlessly with the original rim material—both visually and metallurgically—thanks to advanced powder chemistry and particle velocity.
Minimal Material Removal
Instead of grinding down the entire wheel face, the ASM builds material directly into the damaged area, preserving the original shape and design.
Feature | ASM | Welding |
---|---|---|
Heat Risk | Low (≤ 50°C) | High (deform/crack alloy) |
Skill Required | 最小限 | High (welding expertise) |
OEM Compliance | Yes | Often not compliant |
Repair Quality | Seamless, durable | Risk of structural damage |
Setup Time | Fast | Complex |
Dual-Compound System
The ASM system uses a two-stage compound process designed specifically for alloy wheel restoration. Each compound plays a critical role in achieving a durable, OEM-quality finish.
Included with the ASM
Each ASM comes complete with all essential materials to get started right away. The kit includes both the filling and top coat compounds, along with the nozzle tip and mounting hardware—ensuring a seamless setup and consistent repair quality from day one.

WMASM-1 – Top Coat Compound
Applied after filling, this compound blends the repaired area seamlessly with the rest of the wheel surface. It ensures a smooth, near-invisible finish that’s ready for final cutting or polishing.
WMASM-2 – Filling Compound
Designed to restore structural integrity by filling gouges, holes, and deeper damage in alloy wheels. It builds material into the damaged area without removing excess metal, preserving the wheel’s original shape.
WMASM-3 – ASM Nozzle Tip
WMASM-4 – ASM Nozzle Mount

Seamless Integration
The ASM is designed to fit effortlessly into your current wheel repair setup, enhancing productivity and minimizing handling time.
Wheel Blasting Cabinet
The ASM’s compact spray gun fits directly inside our Wheel Blasting Cabinet, allowing technicians to blast and fill from a single workstation. This not only saves time but also ensures that the aluminium spraying process takes place in a controlled, ATEX-certified environment—critical for handling aluminium powder safely. The integration creates a dedicated zone for high-precision spraying, reducing contamination and improving repair consistency.
Diamond Cut Repair Machine
After the ASM has filled and coated the damaged area, the wheel can be transferred directly to a Diamond Cut Repair Machine for final refinishing. This step restores the original surface geometry and finish, completing the repair process with a factory-grade result. The smooth transition between machines ensures minimal downtime and a streamlined workflow from damage to delivery.
