Inside, the alloy wheel repair trailer is outfitted with our cutting-edge Diamond Cut Repair Machine – enabling precision repairs and refinishing for alloy wheels. A dedicated alloy wheel prep station with a retractable turntable makes it easy to work on various wheel sizes.

You’ll also benefit from a 3HP 2.2kW compressor with 50L air receivers, an auto-drain water filter, and a full array of storage solutions, including trolley jack storage and universal wheel storage. Powering the equipment is simple with two external 16amp weatherproof connectors—one for the trailer’s equipment and lighting, the other for the compressor.
Efficient Work Area with Enhanced Organization
The spacious main work area is designed for efficiency, featuring daylight LED lighting, a large metal storage cupboard, and two auto-latching drawer units to keep tools organized and accessible. The trailer is also equipped with safety essentials, including a first aid kit, eye wash station, and fire extinguisher.
Built for performance and durability
With a 4.2-meter galvanized steel chassis and 2600kg gross laden weight, this trailer ensures stability and strength on the road. Twin braked axles, a lockable braked coupling, and a spare wheel provide reliable transport. The non-slip phenol-coated plywood base, rot-proof GRP panels, and stainless steel fixtures ensure long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance.
